Lulu heading the show.The date is Saturday 16th August. The Party In the Park starts at 7pm with The Magic Of Motown Show which is followed by Lulu and to round off the night at 11pm a spectacular firework display.

The gates open to the public at 5pm and from 6-7pm the local radio station will provide a warm up show.

The venue is open air with an audience capacity of 7,500 and is in West Park, Prestbury Road, Macclesfield. Macclesfield is located in Cheshire and the M6 from the south, Sandbach turn off, follow to Congleton then Macclesfield, from the North M.6 Knutsford turn off then Macclesfield.

The cost of the tickets is £10 per ticket with no concessions. There is no seating provided but people can bring chairs and small table with them. They can bring into the show area a picnic and limited drink and there is also catering and public bar on site.

There is disabled car parking next to the concert area in the park and the town car parks are free of charge as from 6pm.
